This course introduces students in the International Track to the fundamental concepts, roles and functions of management, with a particular emphasis on international perspectives and intercultural collaboration. Students will explore how organizations plan, organize, lead, and control their operations, while seeing how these functions play out in different cultural and institutional contexts. Through a Collaborative Online International Project (COIL), students will engage in structured intercultural exchange and reflect on management practices, academic environments, and student life across countries.
