Are you experiencing temporary family, financial, or social difficulties? 
CROUS social workers are available at your facility to help you through these difficult times.

They are there to listen to you, inform you about the services available to you, analyze your situation, and direct you to appropriate facilities. 
Bound by professional confidentiality, the social workers attached to Paris 1 welcome you and provide personalized support during their office hours.

They can help you, particularly, but not exclusively, with housing or financial difficulties.

For an initial contact, you should visit the office hours (without an appointment), which are held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

For scholarship holders, the CROUS de Paris (http://www.crous-paris.fr/) handles entitlement applications. You must go to 39 avenue Georges Bernanos, 75005 Paris, as telephone contact is difficult.

In Tolbiac, you can obtain information from Mr. Gaglione or Mr. Violette on the 11th floor, Office B1101.

This office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day, Monday through Friday, and handles attendance monitoring during the second semester.
