Section outline

    • REMINDER: FINAL EXAM FORMAT (WEDNESDAY 17 DECEMBER, 4:15pm, 2 hours)

      Four sections:  

      A. Vocabulary (2 pts): define/explain briefly four words or expressions (mostly seen in class).

      B. Grammar (3 pts): rewrite a short text containing several mistakes in proper English

      C. Comprehension (7 pts): one text (4-5 pages), three short questions

      D. Essay Question on a toleration/religion in the English-speaking world theme (8pts) – 500 words +/- 10%, or about two pages of regular handwriting in length 

    • VOCABULARY LIST OF WORDS, CONCEPTS AND PHRASES (Final Exam Voc section) File PDF

      The four words/expressions to be explained or defined (final exam vocabulary section / 2pts) will be taken from that list.
