Dear Students,
I very much look forward to seeing you next week, when we will start thinking about the new world of political economy we are now living in. Morgan asked me yesterday, "what are you going to teach?" I was tempted to say, "I don't know", as the global order is changing so quickly. That of course isn't quite true - fortunately. But much of what we all know about international relations and trade is indeed now changing.
