🎓 MOVE FROM INTENTION TO ACTION: TRAIN IN CSR AND LOCAL IMPACT

The semester is coming to an end… and this might be the perfect time to expand your skills while adding a concrete, social dimension to your academic or professional path. Today, organizations are no longer judged solely on their economic performance, but also on their ability to generate meaningful social impact within their local communities.

👉 This is exactly the goal of the Community Development Manager (CDM) program, developed within the Sorbonne School of Economics (École d’Économie de la Sorbonne) – Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as part of a European Erasmus+ partnership.
This free training program aims to prepare professionals who can:
✔️ master the fundamentals of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility);
✔️ connect strategy, governance, and sustainable development;
✔️ build bridges between companies and local stakeholders;
✔️ generate measurable impact at the local level.

🎯 Who is this program for?
Students, recent graduates, SME employees, nonprofit actors, and public sector professionals.

🌟 A 3-step program:
• Step 1: Online training – 40 hours
Asynchronous, free, and self-paced, available now until mid-May.

• Step 2: Hackathon in Paris – May 21 (optional)
Put your skills into practice in teams on real-world challenges.

• Step 3: CDM School in Milan – June 23–25
For selected teams following the hackathon. Transportation and accommodation are covered.

⚠️ Important: When registering, please indicate your country of residence. This will allow us to contact you about local opportunities, including hackathons and international mobility.

🔥 Don’t miss this opportunity to become a key player in Corporate Territorial Responsibility.
