We will be working together this semester. The theme is the American Legal System:

It's institutions and legal foundation

Its controversies and issues

I require preparation before each course on a theme that I will assign, plus different resources.

You will be graded according to your written Legal Brief (Individual exercise), then there will also be a Trial Simulation (oral expression in a Team with 4 students) + a written Case Brief pertaining to this Trial Simulation, to be written by the Team (4 students), graded according to your research and the quality of your written expression.
